The Board of Directors and Management of Republic Bank of Georgia are committed to following "best practices" in corporate governance, full disclosure and investor communication. Although the Bank is not currently governed by the full requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, certain provisions will apply to our activities. In addition, Republic Bank of Georgia recognizes that full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley will eventually be required and intends to plan for the adoption of these practices early in the operation of the Bank.
